Why we are less expensive.
We are the factory.
We invented a new process for manufacturing magnets, and built the machine to make the process work for us in-house.
In 2001, we implemented a fully digital printing system so we can print everything in house. We instantly know what your final product will look
like. No surprises. Unlike conventional offset printing presses, digital printing does not require film, separations, plates, match
prints, etc. This saves you time and money, makes the process a lot simpler
and easier, and the guesswork is gone.

We print solo vs. gang run.
This means that we print one job at a
time on one sheet of paper. We pay attention to your job and only to your
job. Other manufacturers gang print on large presses.
Gang printing is where they print lots of different jobs together on the same sheet of paper to save time and
money.

Color Matching - What You See is What You Get
Because we print solo and digitally, your order will look exactly the
same as the proof you approve. Manufacturers who gang print can't
match all of the colors of all of the jobs at the same time. When they
adjust the color of one image on a sheet it affects all of the images.
So the best they can do is average the color for all of the jobs on that sheet
of paper. This is why some manufacturers do not guarantee that your
magnets will look exactly like your proof.

Why we are faster.
Because we run solo, we are able to print your job as soon as you approve a
proof. Other manufacturers that gang print usually wait for a bunch of
jobs to run together on the same piece of paper.
Also, because we are the factory, there are no delays due to middlemen
conveying messages, artwork and approvals back and forth from the customer to
the factory. The more people your information has to go through,
the greater the chances for mis-communication and mistakes.

An Environmentally Conscious Company
We recommend shapes and sizes that minimize waste and maximize use of the
material.
Although we can die cut just about any shape, when we cut round
or fancy shapes, the trim or scrap material that you paid for ends up in a
landfill. We recommend rectangular shapes with square corners. This
way you get to use all of the material that you pay for.
Whenever possible, we package our magnets using recyclable materials
including recycled newspapers.
